Is it possible to create a feature similar to "Create Page Labels" that would use a selected region on a page so set the drawing scale for multiple pages in a drawing set? By selecting the scale window of the title block each page could be assigned with its correct scale even though they may be different.
Can you add a calculator function to the multiply tool function? under copies? you could type in the box what you wanted 250/5 then it would populate for you.
Would prevent any/all from being moved or deleted upon reopening, either by originator (e.g. in a rush to make minor edits) or downstream user.
Allow the option to show all markups from all documents in a session, not just the current document. Having to open each and every document one at a time to see the markups is time consuming.
These reset each time the print dialog is launched. This is problematic when sending jobs to printers that pause for on-device tray selection when the tray selected in Properties is wrong or nonexistent.
We are missing the ability to have text follow a path that is not a straight line. Please review whether there is a the possibility of allowing text to follow a polyline, arc, or shape. This will provide us with the ability to use Bluebeam for graphic art work.
Just realized this might be better on this forum, sorry for posting this from another area if that's an issue. I have a set of plans that I want to run an overlay on. It's 30 pages and most of them are not consistent in how they were updated and the only accurate way to do it is to go into each page and individually do an…
Ability to set default values for custom fields on tool chest items. An example would be if I had an "activity code" or "cost code" column and I wanted a default value for that column based on the tool chest item. other fields could be set as well just using the codes as an example.
While there are a lot of apple users, there are also a significant proportion of mobile and tablet users that are android. My company needs android support for our devices, approx 60% of our mobile devices are not supported
In the Document List in the Studio Panel, I want to do a descending sort so, when sorting by date, the newest files are at the top of the list. I'd like the same option for when sorting alphabetically, which would allow me to name the latest files with a sequential number a the beginning of the latest files. For example:…
If not possible to be enabled while using ALL measurement markups, at least it can be used in counting materials like fittings, or fixtures.
Be able to select a pre-defined area on screen (by hovering the mouse to the Maximise button on window's top right corner) to maximise Bluebeam window in that area. This feature is available to most applications in Windows 11. However, it's still not available in Bluebeam, and users have to drag the Bluebeam window to the…
I use the layers in pdf drawings a lot, it would be useful if you could click on an item on the drawing and it would tell you what layer it is on. At the moment I go through the layers switching them on and off, the layer labels help, but sometimes a item you are looking is not labelled correctly
It would be useful to have a offset function. for example you may wish to draw an area that is day 2.00m bigger all round. An off set function would allow you to do this.
Use AI to make measurement quicker, as well as self generate quantities from the drawing that you could then label and groups as needed.

Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I have a couple of suggestions that I think could make Bluebeam even better. First off, I've been really impressed with the new ARM-based Windows machines, especially those using the Snapdragon Elite X. They’re powerful, have great battery life—kind of like MacBooks in…
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.
I don't know how many times I have drawn a rectangle or polygon shape to create an outline or fill, only to need the area. Instead of redrawing it, it would be great to be able to simply convert it to an area. Or have them always calculate area regardless of the tool?
