360 Photo Ipad/Iphone/Android Integration
I know that you can attach a photo file that you already have in your library. What I am specifically looking for here is being able to go into the bluebeam app on the ipad, drop an icon (photo icon), click on that icon and select "take a Photo" at this step it would allow you to link to an external 360 camera that you…

Importing .XML/BAX file into Bluebeam to create makrups automatically
create multiple area markups automatically for space planning. For instance, All the area data is stored in Excel, such as room name, area, so we’d like the ability to import it into Bluebeam through XML or another compatible format.

I'm trying to standardize our takeoff and would love to have more built in 'shapes'.

SCIM seat provisioning
Hi BlueBeam team, I think adding the capability of SCIM provisioning to add seats for BlueBeam would be a great feature.

Prevent In-Progress Markups From Being Canceled When Right-Clicking
When placing a markup like a polyline or measurement, right-clicking opens a context menu but also cancels the markup in progress, removing all points already placed. This can result in significant lost work during long takeoffs, where an accidental right-click deletes everything, especially on polylines that may involve…

More Flexibility with Custom Lines
I would like the ability to create one line style that has multiple parallel lines, each being a different color. Having the ability to select the colors in the customization window is a different approach, but it would be a great place to embed standards that users cannot override in the properties. I would also like to…

Split Polyline
Would it be possible to add a option to split one polyline into two sections.

sequential or recursive sorting would be awesome
I'm doing doors, frames, and hardware, being able to sort by door mark, then by subject, would make my product reports and tracking absolutely awesome. I'm sure others could use the functionality for other awesome things.

Shortcut to Manage Columns menu
Something quicker than having to go through Markups List, fiddle with the finicky arrow to finally find Manage Columns would be really nice. Dunno how we don't have a keyboard shortcut for that already.

Improve the timing in producing a PDF report on BlueBeam PDF, Acrobat PDF or Microsoft PDF
The timing that it takes BB to produce a PDF drawing or diagram it takes considerably a long time, many times it does not produce the PDF report or drawing. This is unacceptable on a worldwide widely used application; many times, I print the document multiple time and never gets produced. Please work on this bug it is…

My idea is to have an area to change the search engine when looking up text in a document. https://community.bluebeam.com/discussion/comment/7219?tab=all#Comment_7219

Offset command desperately needed!
I'm going to post again about needing an offset command. It's such a basic fundamental tool. And DO NOT reply saying the multiply command works. It is very limited, can only do up/down, left/right. Offset would work perpendicular to lines and shapes of any type and orientation. I hope someone at Bluebeam is listening…

Hotkeys for Custom Tools
There should be a way to assign non-numerical hotkeys to custom tools. Currently, I have several custom toolboxes; the "My Tools" toolbox in particular I have around 30 custom tools which have numerical hotkeys. The numerical hotkeys are fine, but when getting into the double digits, it's inconvenient to need to press "19"…

Bluebeam session permissions
Suggest adding a feature whereby a user can change the permissions on a document by document basis. I may want one team member to markup one document but only view another document. Or, I may want to keep a document in the session even though the markup period for that document is closed so I would like to lock that single…

Mark-up / Highlight suggestion
MS Paint–style fill/highlight tool (non-quantity, fast visual fill of closed areas) available in Core as a markup tool, separate from Dynamic Fill. Save time over polygon point and click for highlighting areas.
