Hi everyone! Spring is here, and while it’s a season of fresh starts, it’s also a good time to look at the little things that can slow us down. This month’s challenge, Spring Snags, is all about those small workflow hiccups. The moments where things aren’t quite as smooth as they could be. Not major issues, just the…
I'm looking for anyone who understands how scripting in Bluebeam works to automate some repetitive tasks (Page Labels, Bookmarks, Extract Pages, Flatten, etc. I don't have any knowledge on this subject and I'm not sure where to begin! Any info would be appreciated.
When we extract review summaries, each file has to be opened one by one, which takes a lot of time. It would be nice if we could choose to open all PDF files in the session at once.
Aloha, When initiating Revu v21.9, I get the "Select a Region" spinning wheel login. Eventually, I get this error: But, after this error, my program comes up and I'm signed in (without actually signing in). So after going though all this, the program works. It's annoying because it has to happen every time I open the…
I have tons of Tool Sets in my tool chest. I have noticed that random tools are being changed/removed/moved around in random sets and color or are being overwritten by tools in other sets. Every time it happens I have to delete the messed up tool and recreate the correct one. This is getting extremely irritating as it…
You can easily close all files in a session, but you can't easily open all files in a session. When we're going to take out review summaries, we have to spend a lot of time opening file by file. It would save a lot of time if we could choose to open all pdf files in the session.
Include in the selection summary a summary of participants and whether participants have joined or not
I recently upgraded to the latest version of Bluebeam from Version 20.3 and it is a disaster. There are 2 major problems that occur that have essentially eliminated the way that I typically do estimates. The recent tools button now records the same tool over and over again every time I use it. So if I use a polylength tool…
I'm trying to move a file in Projects to a different folder. Am I missing something or is it even possible?
Is there a way to have count measurement tools in toolsets default to being split when being placed via mouse clicks? (My work around is to click one item into the plan, then Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V for all remaining copies — that way they will all be separate instances, and not grouped down in the parentheses of the Subjects in…
Hi everyone, In light of the new ADA Title II regulations, many state and local governments — and the vendors who work with them — need their digital documents to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by April 24, 2026 (or 2027 for smaller jurisdictions). This includes PDFs that end up on public websites or portals. I’m trying to…
