If you draw a Polygon, Ellipse, or Rectangle you should be able to change that to an area calculator. If you could just click a checkbox in Properties to go back and forth, that would be very convenient. Likewise, there should be a way to go from a Line or Polyline to a Polylength.

Studio adoption isn't high in my company and I hate having to consolidate conflicting file versions. Is there a way make it so if I and another bluebeam revu user have the same pdf open at the same time, it automatically creates a temporary bluebeam studio session for us?

Hello everyone, I'm looking for advice from experienced Bluebeam users regarding a one-time migration of a large inspection project. Problem I'm experiencing is when you're typing in the search bar within the 'Tool Chest' panel, if you move your cursor out of the search box itself, the text cursor disappears and the program starts registering any key strokes as hotkeys. This doesn't happen with the search box within the 'Search' panel for example.…
So the UChapter2 Hatch Patterns file does not include 'herring bone'. I've downloaded a few .pat files recommended by Bluebeam. However, no matter what instructions I follow, the import keeps looking for a .bhx file and IDK how to correct that. Please help.
Hello! I am trying to recreate a drawing that is shown in the attached image. I am using the sketch to scale tool, and manually inputting the measurements. However, when I put in the correct measurement, Bluebeam seems to automatically change/update it. This causes the drawing measurement to be off by a little. Do you guys…
It would be great to have Claude be able to hyperlink within Bluebeam.
I'm wondering if BB is looking at any updates that would allow for a digital accessibility check on documents that will be submitted to government agencies.
I prefer the appearance of BlueBeam 11 that has the colorful tool icons for easier visibility, just some examples.…Yellow-Combine…Blue-Reduce File Size…Red-Format Paint Brush…I realize that might seem silly. However, I do not prefer the monochrome appearance of BlueBeam 20.
Our organization has over 1,000 employees, and we currently manage more than 250 Bluebeam licenses across multiple divisions and units. It would be extremely helpful if the Add User page included one or two additional fields, such as Division and Unit. This would allow administrators to categorize users by their…
I would like to see the ability to skew mark ups (rotate an object, ie text box, around both the X and Y axes while keeping the parallel sides parallel).
If a document has been converted to a PDF and it contains handwritten content (such as signatures, handwritten notes, or annotations), is there any way to extract that handwritten content from the PDF? Is there any built-in option available, or do we need to install a plugin or use a separate tool for this? Please let me…
Whenever I group a measurement, whether it is area or length, the group only displays the quantity of the first measurement as opposed to the whole group. This has never happened before the recent update. Is this a permanent feature or a bug?
I have spaces defined ( a room) , and a count of objects in the spaces counted (electrical devices) . So.. when I output those in a a summary - organized by space. How can I get this brown help suggestion box to stop popping up when I go to hyperlink? Every time I switch from document to document it lowers the page, and when I click to the next it moves the windows around just enough that I have to realign where I was hyperlinking to. Its very distracting and slows down work. I have…
Hi, does anyone know why the result checkbox is missing? I tried ticking select all and replacing it, but nothing changes.
I am exporting my PDF from GIS Pro - which has a raster aerial and then vector polygons on top which have a transparent fill. I can view the pdf in Revu and everything looks as it should (Raster aerial and transparent vector polygons). However, when I go to reduce file size in Revu, my vector polygons get a solid fill…
I use Revu for a multitude of tasks. In particular, I am asking about Layers functionality and features. Why is there not a one-click function to check all Layers per column (Lock, Print, Export) in the Layers tab? I use and create layers on product data sheets and change the filenames to have an extension of _Premarked.…
