Basically, my colleague printed a duplicate of a page and didn't print another page, but we already have a bunch of mark-ups on other pages of the document in the BB Session. I right-click on the duplicate page but "Delete" is greyed out. Adding pages is also greyed out.

Callout arrow size and line thickness are controlled by Line Width. By changing line width, border around text is added which I do not want. Any workaround?
It drives me a little crazy each time I drag and drop pages into the sidebar and get a dialog box asking me where I want to put them. Default behavior should be like Acrobat, which just puts the pages where you dropped them. The dialog should be an option.
