Hi everyone! This month is all about momentum. Being almost at the halway point of 2026, it’s a great time to look at how our workflows are evolving, especially the areas where things are getting faster and more efficient. This challenge, Faster Than Before, is focused on the improvements you’ve made over time. Whether…
I'm having all sorts of trouble keeping my toolchests locked. Ever since the patch on Friday the 6th, whenever I use my toolchest it gives me a pop-up asking if another toolchest should be locked. I've not touched the other toolchest so i dont know why it keeps asking me to keep them locked. To be sure, I review my library…
When I create a place in a studio folder. It opens to the correct place and view on a pc. But when trying to use the link on an IPad it takes you to the first page of the document the link is in, instead of the view? You still have to do some manual searching? Is this possibly a setting? I have tried both with relative…
Consider adding an arrow head style editor similar to the line style editor and hatch editor. I would like to create custom arrow heads to differentiate between different framing types on markups for coordination.
Polygon, polyline, cloud, and their sketch/measurement variants used to be able to continuously draw angled lines at 45° increments when holding down Shift, but recently it has changed such that Shift has to be released and pressed again for each segment of the shape. This behavior is significantly more tedious than the…
When previewing a PDF in Outlook, the up and down arrow keys scroll in the reverse direction: up moves the document down, down moves it up. Mouse and touchpad scrolling is not reversed, and the arrow keys scroll in the proper direction in Revu. Where is the setting to change this?
Is there someone who can help me get my editing features back for me (undo, redo, copy, cut)? I've tried everything and no luck. These just suddenly grayed out on me and I cannot work on my projects any longer. My subscription is up-to-date.
I need some guidance on relative paths using Hyperlinks? If hyperlinks are to folders within Revu Studio, relative paths are irelevent? Correct. My team works from the same folder. But, if I where to store docs outside of BB in say onedrive, a relevant path would always point to that folder no matter where the hyperlink…
I use a lot of hyperlinks. I can do some batch hyperlinks, some work, some dont. I generally lean towards creating my own. I dont like the way the batch hyperlinks look, OCD I know. But, people besides me see these drawings, I want them to look as professional as possible. This is how I currently run down a conduit…
Hello - I am suggesting a feature that would help when navigating across multiple monitors (or multiple pdfs i guess) when you have pdfs either split and dragged off of the main bluebeam "home base", or just pdfs opened separately and some what on top of each other. Currently on windows 11 and bluebeam version 21.9, this…
I would like to suggest an improvement to the way Spaces interact with Legends in Bluebeam Revu. In many construction, estimating, and quantity takeoff workflows, a single sheet may require more than one Legend. Each Legend may need to report information based on different Space criteria. For example, we may have: A…
In the previous version of Bluebeam, we were able to format all details of different markups, such as a rectangle with a black outline and a specific fill colour. However, in the latest version of the software, we are only able to format paint the outer line, but not the fill colour. I would like to understand whether…
I rely heavily on the use of spaces and multiple viewports to organize data for export. Can the software have the ability to watermark the spaces and viewports in a corner of the space or viewport. As good example is in viewports, they currently show the scale when selected but i would like to see that scale or space name…
Restore persistent orthogonal lock (shift as a held state) for multi-segment markups. Removing this feature on Rev 21 was ridiculous, causes more clicking and reduces the efficacy of Bluebeam.

I would love to be able "reference" layers into a combined PDF. We have workflows where we plot individual sets of data as a single PDF and combine that into a 'master' PDF as a layer. These layers update frequently, and instead of having to replace the layer manually, if I just overwrote the individual PDF with a new…
It would be very helpful to have the ability to track when a session invitation was sent to a particular user. Currently, the session shows who has been invited, but not when the invite was sent to them.
Why does this product (Revu 21.9.0 16288) take so long to startup after launching? I rarely need a Session, so if that's the problem (talking to HQ), can it be disabled by default? It's one of the slowest starting programs and takes so long to install updates. Am I alone on these slowdowns?
Hi community,I recently signed up for the Bluebeam Max waitlist and received the "You're on the list!" confirmation.I'm eager to start testing the AI prompts and features right away. My question is: Can I access these Max beta features for free immediately using a 14-day trial, or is a paid Core/Complete subscription…
I've noticed for a while that when opening big pdfs Bluebeam freezes. To solve this I do the recommended instructions of changing the rendering engine from hardware to software via Revu → Preferences → Advanced → 2D Rendering and 3D Rendering. This works and I can open the pdf. My issue is, if I close out of bluebeam and…
I was recently asked by a coworker if there was a way to enhance old, scanned drawings. The sheet has a lot of extra noise (see image below), which is roughly the same color as some of the drawing elements, so I don't think Color Processing would help in this case. I'm just wondering if there's anything I might be missing.…
Callout arrow size and line thickness are controlled by Line Width. By changing line width, border around text is added which I do not want. Any workaround?
I've added a custom column (check mark) to the Markups List. However, when I add a pdf to a BB session none of my co-workers can check/uncheck the check box. I had them add the profile it was saved to when creating but still nothing. Anyone know where I went wrong?
Hello, I want automatically identify rooms in a PDF (e.g., with its defining points and their relative coordinates in the PDF). I want to use that information to assign e.g, pins to rooms where they are placed on the PDF. Is this somehow possible/ will it be possible in BlueBeam Max ? Thanks a lot in advance for any…
Hi everyone, In light of the new ADA Title II regulations, many state and local governments — and the vendors who work with them — need their digital documents to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by April 24, 2026 (or 2027 for smaller jurisdictions). This includes PDFs that end up on public websites or portals. I’m trying to…
