Edit/Unlock markups in Studio Sessions
Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…

Add Folders for Studio Sessions!
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…

Bullet points & Indent text
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
-
Auto Save
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.

Numbered Lists and Bulleted List
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??

Grouping Tabs for Open PDFs
Request is for the ability to group open PDFs into tabs, similar to the way that Microsoft Edge allows for web pages to be grouped together into tabs (Edge allows you to take a number of open websites and add them to a named / color-coded group tab. This allows for multiple websites to be open, but organized into group…

Feature Request: Add "Crop" Functionality to Snapshot Markups
Hi Bluebeam Team, I am writing to suggest a feature update that would significantly improve the workflow efficiency for users who rely on the Snapshot tool (G). Current Issue: Currently, if a user takes a snapshot and realizes there is excess content or "clutter" around the edges, they must delete the snapshot and re-take…

Editable Table
I'd like to create/insert a table into Bluebeam Revu that I can edit like any other markup.

Keyboard Shortcuts for Assigning Statuses
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…

Convert shape to Area
I don't know how many times I have drawn a rectangle or polygon shape to create an outline or fill, only to need the area. Instead of redrawing it, it would be great to be able to simply convert it to an area. Or have them always calculate area regardless of the tool?

Alert attendee log
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.

Search Project / Sessions Job Names
As our Project List on Studio increases, so does the time it takes to find a project. Would be super handy to have a search at the top of the projects list, not for files inside the projects, just for the Project names. I am sure the same would be helpful with Sessions, although we don't use those as much on our end.

Change Case command for Text
I would appreciate having a "change case" command for text markups. It's frustrating when markups have a mix of upper-case and lower-case notes. Consistency would be really helpful when sending mark-up documents to contractors and owners.

Please allow one-click download all files in a Studio Session
Hi. It would be very helpful to have a Bluebeam Revu (we use 20 at my company) functionality to be able to download all of the files within a Studio Session with one or two clicks as opposed to having to download all files individually. This would save time, especially for Sessions with a large number of files (100+ is…

Optimisation for the new arm based windows machines
I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I have a couple of suggestions that I think could make Bluebeam even better. First off, I've been really impressed with the new ARM-based Windows machines, especially those using the Snapdragon Elite X. They’re powerful, have great battery life—kind of like MacBooks in…
