Hi Bluebeam Team,
I am writing to suggest a feature update that would significantly improve the workflow efficiency for users who rely on the Snapshot tool (G).
Current Issue: Currently, if a user takes a snapshot and realizes there is excess content or "clutter" around the edges, they must delete the snapshot and re-take it. Unlike the Image markup tool, which allows for dynamic cropping via the Properties panel, Snapshots are "locked" once created.
Requested Feature: I recommend adding a "Crop" button to the Properties panel for Snapshot markups, similar to how it works for standard Images.
Why this is valuable:
- Precision: It allows users to clean up markups to fit into tight spaces on a drawing without losing alignment.
- Speed: It removes the "trial and error" process of re-taking snapshots to get the perfect border.
- Consistency: It aligns the behavior of Snapshots with Images, making the software more intuitive for new and power users alike.
Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve Revu!
