Lock Tool chest for inside users

As a group leader and inventor of several specialized and internal tools in the toolbox for Bluebeam users within the company, I would like to have the ability to lock certain toolboxes in order to prevent users from changing their settings, and this to maintain uniformity on certain annotations. Just for some tools, not all of them.

I've seen this done before by taking your .btx files and setting them to read only. Then the end user imports that .btx file and the read-only lock stays in place. However you could likely get a little craftier with some help with your IT team and setting different permissions to prevent those .btx files from being unlocked.
