The ability to insert an image from a file, camera, or scanner is valuable, but an even more powerful feature would be the ability to have something like an "add a viewpoint" tool. This would be an icon like a little camera with rays coming out of it to indicate the location that a view was taken (similar to the add camera tool in Revit). Then from that camera, the user should be able to attach an image file, camera photo, or scanner image (or better yet - from the clipboard) so that someone reviewing the pdf can see a photo in the context of where it was taken. The clipboard in particular would let a user add something like a lower resolution screenshot from google streetview or from a matterport image so that the file size of the pdf doesn't balloon ridiculously like it does when full resolution photos are attached.
