I would like to request a built-in math calculator feature in Bluebeam Revu. It would be highly beneficial to have a pop-up calculator overlay or a tool that allows users to quickly add up a column of numbers on a document (like deductions, hours, or costs) without having to open an external calculator application or build…
Hi Bluebeam team, I’m a long‑time Bluebeam user (Revu 21.9) and currently on a Bluebeam Max trial, but I’m unable to adopt the AI‑enabled features in my organisation because of the security and compliance implications of the Claude Desktop app requirement. For many construction and project‑based businesses, installing a…
We (Stam + De Koning, part of Volkerwessels) are exploring if Bluebeam Revu 21 is suitable for implementing 5D-BIM within our workflow of calculating construction projects. The main requirement is to substract reliable BIM-data based on IFC (OpenBIM). Based on my previous contact with the Technical Support Team (Adam…
There is no need to ask me to login to my account every week. Once logged in to the bluebeam review program, it should stay logged in until such time I log out, or my subscription expires.
I would appreciate having a "change case" command for text markups. It's frustrating when markups have a mix of upper-case and lower-case notes. Consistency would be really helpful when sending mark-up documents to contractors and owners.
Add the ability to rotate a line, when selecting a line there should be a rotate grab point - same as is provided for a polyline.
We have been packaging and deploying Bluebeam Revu using Intune with available MSI. It will be great if it can be made available as part of Intune Enterprise App catalog! It will tremendously help admins with deploying the latest version and managing versions of Bluebeam app througout the enterprise and help elevate…
Currently, the API does not support downloading merged PDFs with markups when the active user is not the session host. While the API can download copies of the PDFs uploaded to a session, those files do not include markups added during the session. We have already built an internal tool that allows staff to batch download…
To avoid driving back to external lists of users each time I create a session, I started utilizing "groups" to store these users. It took a while to set up as there is no mass import option (another feature to add!). Once assembled, adding users is as simple as a couple clicks on the desired user groups. When explaining it…
I use studio sessions for concurrent submittal review by LARGE teams. I often have to notify multiple people. Scrolling and picking them one at a time without being able to sort any column is unnecessarily hard. The dialogue box says "alert attendee or group" but has no apparent group functionality. I'd love it if the…
