Pen Tool - save 'Highligt' checkbox to default

So much of my work is reviewing drawings using the Pen in Highlight mode. but evertime i go to use it, i have to have the the Settings pane open so I can check the 'Highlight' box. It seems like such an easy thing to save the checkbox status if you want that as a default.

@DanMozel, just right click on the markup (that has the settings the way you want it) and select set as default. You should from now on never have to check the box again.

Another option to consider @DanMozel is to establish the settings that you are looking for and then save that "custom pen" to a Tool Chest (just above Set as Default in @Shaya Birnbaum's suggestion above). You could quickly build yourself a rainbow of colored highlighter pens and have them available at a single click of your mouse.

This is an interesting one @DanMozel. As suggested I grabbed the "Green Highlighting Pen" tool from my "My Tools" this morning and, as you have seen, the "highlight" check box had cleared - I can't explain why. One of the Revu Gremlins at work I guess…

What's strange is that after seeing the issue this morning I updated the setting Green Highlighting Pen tool in my Tool Chest, closed all my programs, restarted my computer. When I launched review the tool works fine - including the highlight.

The only difference is that I had Revu closed overnight - I close all my open programs and restart my computer at the end of each day.

How about yourself @Shaya Birnbaum? Did the highlight setting reset over night for you?
