When we extract review summaries, each file has to be opened one by one, which takes a lot of time. It would be nice if we could choose to open all PDF files in the session at once.
We are an A/E firm with multiple disciplines. We use Bluebeam in the field for A/E Site Observations and Punch Lists from the entire team. We set up a Studio Session for all disciplines to use in the field for their observations. One of the features we use a lot in the current Bluebeam I-Pad app is embedding photos into a…
Include in the selection summary a summary of participants and whether participants have joined or not
You can easily close all files in a session, but you can't easily open all files in a session. When we're going to take out review summaries, we have to spend a lot of time opening file by file. It would save a lot of time if we could choose to open all pdf files in the session.
When a lot of files are included in a session, it is difficult to keep track of which file is displayed. It would be nice if the document that is showing on the screen also is highlighted och marked in the document column on the right.
When you have many sessions in Bluebeam Studio, it is sometimes difficult to keep track of which sessions you have finished without having to go into the session. It would be nice to be able to add, for example, a mark that is reported outside the session

Bluebeam support seems to have went by the wayside? It used to be excellent. Now the lead times are crazy and the support staff wants to support via email? Took a week for them to get back to me, and it seems they did not understand the problem at hand? Really ineffective. Is there a possibility of BB catching up and start…
Deleted and Archived projects that are visible to individual users who own sessions within our organization in their Studio.bluebeam.com accounts should ALSO be visible to the IT Admin users charged with administering Sessions and Projects via the Studio Org Admin Pro portal. These deleted and archived sessions are…
Disappointed to discover that once a document gets placed in the session we can't click on the space list to navigate the drawings like we can prior to it posted to a session. Not sure if this is and new "Idea" or a "bug", but it would be helpful id added/fixed to allow navigation from Spaces list in a session
Does anyone have a solution to migrate markups from 1 bluebeam session to another? Session Rev A has over a dozen documents with markups across them. Session Rev B is the revised submittal that was sent before Rev A was closed out (Big Faux Pax for sure) Any quick remedies other than saving down all the documents…
Has anyone else run into an issue where you can’t add back users to a Bluebeam Studio session after they were previously denied? Any workaround or fix available?
It would be nice to be able to have folders to be able to organize documents more in a studio session. Especially when working with outside firms bluebeam is the easiest place to share documents and make sure everyone has the most up to date version
I review project design plans and we receive comments from several groups that will be responded to. We're interested in using Revu. These design plans will be updated after every submission with slight modifications to the design and will undergo another round of review for new comments after every submission We would…
