Can you add tools to drop pins and link photos using the Android BB Cloud application?

While making markups in the field, I capture hundreds of photos using an Android camera/phone. Is it possible to use the BB Cloud app to drop a pin in a site plan and link a photo from an Android camera?

My laptop camera function is front-facing only, so that's not a workable solution.

Can you add "pin-dropping and photo-linking" using the Android cloud app? Or, can you offer an alternate solution?

Hi @Mrak Goldstein,
Thanks for reaching out. Here's where things stand:

Today, you can create basic markups in the Android app and add hyperlinks in the comments attached to those markups. This is currently only supported in Studio Sessions, and the links can point to images stored elsewhere.

In September, we're releasing the ability to check out a file from a Studio Project, make changes, and check it back in from the app.

At the same time, we're continuing to expand markup capabilities. Image markups and image capture are coming soon. We expect to get closer to a true pin-drop photo capture workflow sometime in 2026.

Images are a big priority, and we're building up the core capabilities to support them properly, including offline access and broader file support. Thanks for your feedback and patience.
