Our IT department has been slowly upgrading our users to Windows 11. A few of our users have been experiencing really bad lag with creating, moving, modifying markups. This happens both in Session and with locally saved files.

It seems to only be happening to our users with virtual/cloud computers. Specifically, we use Workspot. Users not using Workspot do not experience the lag.

Can anyone else confirm this behavior? I know it's a weird venn diagram of circumstances, but I figured I'd crowd source some responses.

This sounds like it may be a driver issue, having an older driver on the remotes as it is inherited from the remote profile. perhaps conflicting with the local driver?
