Thank you for the hard work already done with keyboard shortcuts. I have a few things that would really benefit my workflow and others might find useful as well. Unlocking reserved shortcuts. I would love to change next page to a different key bind. I can override this in a separate shortcut tool but I would like to change…
It would be great to be able to assign a shortcut to the email pages command from the thumbnail context menu.
Currently the "Ctrl-E" shortcut opens an email window with the active .pdf attached and the subject line matches the filename of the .pdf. This is my most used BlueBeam shortcut. Problem is Microsoft is pushing "New Outlook" on users and I'm begrudgingly becoming used to it (it's actually great for a lot of things BTW).…
I wonder if it would be possible to reset the active sequence by using the same shortcut, or even a combination. I.e., I "Set Numbering" on my toolchest, with the first slot being a sequence. I lay several out, then either I hit the "1" shortcut again, or a combination shortcut such as "Ctrl+1" to reset the sequence so I…
Would be great if there was a feature to restore the last closed tab/tabs. (Similar to Ctrl + Shift + T offered in most browsers) I've lost track of the amount of times I've accidentally closed a tab but because it was opened a while ago/from an email attachment, it doesn't show up in my file history.
At work, we got a feedback about a bluebeam function. The Find tools + Commands menu is awesome but it is quite time consuming to always get it from the menu. We haven't found the possibility to add it as a button nor use a keyboard shortcut. we should have the ability to call for it as we can call for the search tool with…

This was a suggestion from an end user email I received. Current State: Flipping to various pages in a PDF by manually clicking into the page number area of the Navigation Bar and typing in the page number. Suggestion: a keyboard shortcut to jump into the page number area to type in the destination page number. This would…
Create a few custom keyboard shortcuts for your most used tools or commands. Not too many, otherwise its hard to remember all of them. I had problems with overlapping Markups. Therefore I use F1 to hide all markups with a single button, even while using different tools, without anything in the way. After completing the…
I really fancy using checkmarks while working as an easy way to cross off my progress while incorporating comments from my colleageus and it's rather cumbersome having to right click and navigate to the checkmark every time. I'd love a shortcut, and even more so the ability to customize my own shortcut for this.
Hi everyone! Welcome to the October 2024 Monthly Challenge! Last month, we explored how you add your "Seal of Approval" to documents, whether through signatures, stamps, watermarks, or other methods. how do I link my excel spreadsheet to bluebeam for takeoffs
What is the difference with spaces and places?
This morning, I read the latest tip and trick post with custom statuses. I edited a status, and then I created a filter which dimed out the markup once it was set. My question is, Is there a way to save a predefined view of the markups list for when I am going through revise and resubmit drawings?
Is there a way to reorganize form fields in Bluebeam Revu so they follow the correct tab order when filling out a form? Right now, whenever I add a new field, it gets added to the bottom of the list in the Forms panel. For example, if I originally create fields "Text 1" and "Text 3", then go back and add "Text 2" between…
I have one user, in one PDF, when he click on the screen, the page advances. He's unable to do markups because the page keeps advancing. I've never seen the behavior and we can't replicate it. It doesn't happen to other PDFs in the same sessions and reoccurs if Bluebeam is closed and reopened.
When this happens, I can't move a directory with that file. This reddit post solved it for me. You just need to disable the recent file list in Revu. But I would like to use the recent file list feature someday, now that I have to turn it off. Please fix this Bluebeam. Thanks.…
Ok. So I have decided to throw in the towel and look for some help. Towards the end of the year I made a form in Word and then made it fillable through Bluebeam's "Automatically Create Form Fields" in Tools (I believe as it's been a good while). Both samples attached. Since then I have been doing other things, have had…
I'm currently working on customizing the engineering review stamp from the custom libraries, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to edit it without disabling the pop-up feature that appears when placing the stamp. Ideally, I want the pop-up to remain active so that the reviewer can fill out the required fields…
Hi all, We recently experienced a technical issue that caused users to have trouble accessing Bluebeam.com domains. The problem has been fixed, but it may take a little while for the fix to fully take effect everywhere due to how internet systems store temporary information. Thank you for your patience as everything…
Good morning, I logged a ticket with support but no response yet. I cleared the registry by doing a complete uninstall of all previous versions and used the Bluebeam Cleaner Utility (but that only goes back to 21.0.3. I also ran the latest download as an administrator yet the only thing that installs is OCR and when it…
