Markups become opaque when measuring

In the latest update 21.7, semi-transparent or "highlight" markups are completely blocking out the content when measuring many documents. This creates more work if I have to guess a point location then remember to come back and fix it. I've been using BB for more than 10 years and the markups have always respected their properties when drawing. This doesn't happen on every document, but it seems to happen on many or most.

Please bring back the previous behavior!
