This week, we're highlighting the Flatten tool in Revu! Flattening lets you lock in your markups, making them a permanent part of your PDF. It’s a great way to finalize documents and ensure that all annotations are secure before sharing. Do you or your team use the Flatten feature in Revu? What benefits have you…

Allowing "Sub" Tool Boxes
Right now my tool box is overloaded with individual themes. The idea is to allow tool boxes to be titled as a category and then within that category you can have your items. Similar how layers can be structured. It would allow for a more organized approach and less clutter.

Format Painter across pages
Can the format painter be used across pages when in View Continuous Pages mode? For example I have a legend that is formatted with Blue Gridlines on page 3, and I can see both legends because I am in continuous view. But I cannot apply the properties to the legend on Page 4, even though they are on screen simultaneously.

Bluebeam Integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Hello, Just wanted to mention that if there's a way that Bluebeam could be used within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) opposed to the .pdf related tools that Autodesk provides within ACC, I believe a lot of people would prefer to use your tools instead. This would require integrating Bluebeam into ACC's cloud…

Bug? Bluebeam Hijacks my Windows File Explorer Window
While I'm opening PDF's with Blue Beam, when I attempt to return to my Windows File Explorer window by selecting it on my Taskbar, the window will not appear. This forces me to minimize BB before I can see my File Explorer window again. This is a minor bug but it's quite annoying.

Auto-sign out
After 7 days of inactivity? Ok I get there is maybe a security reason because we're all stuck on cloud but this is getting very irritating, especially when I'm busy just trying to complete a quick task with a program I already paid for. Instead of getting work done, I have to dig up passwords.

Digital Signature Meta-Data
Help? I review many documents daily and often shop drawings come in with the signatures on them. Usually, I just click I don't want to see the signature data and move along, but one day I accidentally clicked on the "save this choice" or however it is worded and now I can't figure out how to turn this feature back on! I…

Showing who has a PDF file open.
Just curious if there is a feature that can be added. The company I work for uses a network that will give access to pdf drawing files and the files are locked when someone has them open. I am wondering if there is a way we can add the feature to see who has the file open instead of it saying "locked by another user" as…

Why is the scaling different when using the perimeter versus the Lineal tool?
The drawing is scaled properly, and when utilizing the lineal dimension tool, the lineal dimension is correct. When using the perimeter tool, it calculates the length twice as long as the lineal dimension. Please advise.

Shortcut Key to call last tool/last command
Hello there ! Most software used by designers (Autocad, Rhino etc) have a last command shortcut. Spacebar by default for Autocad for example. Process: Use a command, do something else (move around, switch to another software etc), press the shortcut for last command, get back to what you were doing That would be really…

Repeat last tool/markup (similar to AutoCAD™)
"Reuse markup tool" is a nice feature, but it only works only for the markups in the toolbox. not line, text, etc. as those seem to be "reusable" by default. It would be a nice addition to the "tool belt" to add an option similar to AutoCAD where the last tool that was used, and it was deselected, would be selected again…
