Cant get support

Its noow been three days that I cannot get my users renewed on bluebeam. My account will not let me login it gives me a strange error

And it goes no where. I have a ticket open now three days with Bluebeam support and no answers . Does anyone have any suggestions. This is crazy and the worst support I have seen

Toolsets not saved?
BB crashed and I had added/edited dozens of tools and when I logged back in many of the toolsets were not showing in my profile or in the toolset list (so not hidden). Any ideas? And when I tried importing it said they already existed….
