Custom Markups to Tool Chest Gone on Restart

Hey - hope someone can help me here.

I have custom mark ups I "save" to the tool chest to a custom tool set. When my session ends and I close and reopen bluebeam - none of the saved tools reload.

Example - I am marking up an electrical plan. Realize I don't have a markup for bath fan with light. I create a custom mark up, give it a name in settings, and save it to my Electrical Markup tool set. I can use it for the rest of the session. Once I close Bluebeam - that markup goes away as if it has never existed.

Any advice would be great I am floundering and every time I have to make a new tool again it negatively affects my sanity.

If you've added new tools, before you close Bluebeam down you need to either save the save the Tool Chest (by clicking on the cog at the top of the individual chest and then selecting save) or even better the whole Profile in case you've added tools to more than one chest (select the Revu menu then Profiles then the save profile option at the bottom).
