Site survey - does Bluebeam have what i need?

Hi!, I'm a senior technician in an architect office, and I regurlarly do some site surveillance and dificiency reports. I am looking for an app on a tablet to consult plans (pdf format ideally), annotate them with comments (ideally speak-to-text) that will generat a list of comments with a "pin" on the pdf plan localising the comment, and also be able to take pictures and link the to the comment and le "pin". Coult I acheive this with Bluebeam? I can almost do it with Adobe Acrobat, exept for the picture part…But this feature would really be time saving and highly efficient for my work.

Well, there are always ways to add voice dictation. On windows, you can activate the Voice Access programming, on mobile, there's basically always a voice-to-text option when the keyboard opens, and if those options don't work there is likely a third-party option available for whatever you want, but Bluebeam does not have a built-in speech to text feature at this time.

As far as the comments and pins, you are absolutely in luck. Bluebeam has a capture command that allows you to attach images to markups and you can even markup those images if needed. It's like a Russian nesting doll of markups. The pin can be a simple icon, and then the comment can be placed as data stored within that pin, or you can utilize a textbox to show the comment and then still add the image capture to the comment.

There are loads of ways to do what you are wanting to do.
