Toolbar right hand side of BB

I have BB Revu 20. I had it set up where on the RH side of my screen i had selected certain idk what the term is for measuring, font colors for when i use the measurement tool, the line tool where one can change the font and fill on a cloud for example as well as other items. I lost that tool bar that was on the RH side. I tried using the F4 and F9 keys to restore it to no avail. Does anyone know if there is a way i can go back to a previous document i would have saved or however BB is set up that i can retrieve what i had set up BB so when i opened a document all my toolbar sets are the way i had them. I do not want to have to recreate what i had all over again.

problem has been resolved. I ended up having to go back and import a saved profile that I thankfully had from back in November. Thank you to everyone who replied.

Thank you for the answer but this is not a new pc i am working on and the fix issue you responding with doesnt resolve the issue I am having. I have had the BB Revu 20 on this for some time. All was well until this AM when I must have hit some key and it made the RH side of my BB screen disappear. I could/can not get that RH side to reappear. Now I am hoping I can use an old setting or set up or saved whatever to get the software to have all the icons etc back in the same location on every pdf i open. I will post that question now.

Understood that this isn't a new machine @William Alexander. What I'm suggesting is restoring the settings from a backup copy of the settings - the process just happens to be the same as setting up a new computer. 😎

Something else you could try is to see if the missing toolbars were turned off on the dropdown menu:

If there is a toolbar that is "missing" that doesn't have a check mark next to it simply click on the name and add it to the list to be displayed. It will show up in the "default" location - but at least you can move it back to where you want it.

This sounds like a profile issues, to me. Have you possibly changed profiles without realizing it? Another thing that stands out to me is that it sounds like you're specifically talking about the Properties Toolbar. David shared a screenshot of the toolbars selection menu. Let's make sure you have the Properties Toolbar (third from the top there) checked. Then go save your layout to your desired Profile.

If it could be that you just switched profiles, just go to the top bar in your window, Revu > Profiles. Then select the profile you want to use. If it's already selected, you may just need to switch to another one, momentarily, and switch back.

I still don’t know what I did to make that right hand side toolbar disappear. I’m not going to delve into that too much because I’m afraid it might happen again! Complete user error. Widespread panic set in right after it happened! I’m glad I had a more recent copy that I had backed up. I need to make sure that I’m backing up on a regular basis.
