This just in… I've been bothering people here for a year now. :-)
I have a .bex file (aka Bluebeam Sets) that I had been able to print the latest revisions just fine… until recently. Now, when anyone on the team goes to print the latest revisions, the Print diolog seems to list all the pages for each combined PDF, and only print the first chunk of pages. (The example below shows eight…
How do I save a 3d model tree with just the columns that I choose? I have tried saving as a new view and then saving the pdf but when I open the pdf again the 3d model tree has reset to its defaults. I would like to send the pdf out to my team and clients so that they are able to just open without the need to set anything…
I need to copy-paste formatted text boxes, and then edit it similar to this one: Is there a way to do it in Revu? I can only snapshot the text box (but can't edit afterwards). If I copy-paste, it keeps the text, but not the format, and I still can't edit. Any idea/trick?

Example a polyline tool with options to give it a depth a bottom width and top width for the sloped trenches. This tool would be a great help to calculate trench volumes.

I wanted to removed all markups in my pdf so when I open it to BB it will apply the profile that i save.
How do I keep a selected setting for the measurements, font size, line size, tip style, etc., how can I set that in the app and it stay there instead of me having to resize everytime I take a measurement?
Hi, I have a question about the "Visual Search" feature. I have watched the tutorial on how to use this feature from the Bluebeam University so tried testing it out for myself, it all worked fine until I realised that when I select an entity to search, it will only find and markup the entities above around the half way…
I have been trying to create a link between my Bluebeam markups and a corresponding Excel Document/Table. I was curious if there is a way or a JavaScript Code that would allow me to export my markups list and then Bluebeam will update that export when I save it after I have made changes to it. I have used power query in…
My issue is a question/idea but is it currently possible to save/reuse selected Page Regions made when creating new Thumbnail Page Labels or in Bookmarks. We use the Page Labels/Bookmarks 'Page Region' feature to extract out drawing title block information, but I have to redo the same region selections for each new package…
