Hi everyone – I’m new here and excited to learn from this group.
I work with a lot of teams in construction and government who are moving toward tighter IT security policies — especially removing local admin rights for end users.
One thing I’ve noticed is that Bluebeam (and sometimes other tools) can get tricky in that environment — updates, driver installs, and certain settings changes can require admin privileges.
I’m curious:
- How are you all handling that balance between security and usability?
- Have you found reliable workarounds or processes that keep everyone productive?
