Is there a shortcut to colorize snapshots? I use the snapshot tool quite a bit to take a snip of something and then overlay on another drawing. After pasting that snapshot, I will typically right-click and chose "Change Color" and select colorize and have it changed to red so I can distinguish from the snapshot and the…
When I bring in a screenshot, it is not to scale, and I need to rotate it and resize to try match the pdf content. For example, sometimes I want to take an aerial screenshot and overlay it over my pdf plans. To make sure it aligns I need to scale it correctly, and rotate it correctly. It would be very handy if I could…
Please have the default settings for overlay feature actually work and apply to the pdfs I am trying to compare. otherwise, what's the purpose of the default settings?
When I try to overlay two documents, I have my default settings set to "all pages", however, I have to manually change each document in the overlay list to all pages. Why is this function not working? It used to work in older versions (2015).
This week we’re highlighting the Overlay Pages feature. This tool allows you to compare two or more documents by overlaying them, highlighting differences and changes with different colors. It would be great if the snapshot tool could capture areas outside of the sheet itself. Integrating this functionality would make the process much more efficient.

However, depending on the document content, I find myself frequently switching back and forth between Dark Mode and regular mode. Right now, I have to navigate through Revu > Preferences each time to…
Is there a way to disable the "(1 of XX)" part of the navigation bar? I manage pdf's that have page labels formatted "PID-xxx". The actual count of a page in the pdf, meaning the "(4 of 11)" part below, is irrelevant to our document structure. When navigating to a page, I use only the page label to get to it ("PID-869" in…

I am currently doing takeoffs for trenching and I cant find a tool that will help me in one step. Is there a tool that I dont know of? Example a polyline tool with options to give it a depth a bottom width and top width for the sloped trenches. This tool would be a great help to calculate trench volumes.
Bluebeam Support informed me that external scripting is a provided feature but not a supported feature so the only avenue for support is peer support. Searching the forum doesn't yield many results that would indicate many users are taking advantage of this feature but I guess that isn't surprising since it isn't…
