My subscription has been renewed, and my bank account debited for full amount, but I am unable to use Bluebeam. When I open it will not allow me to do anything except click on my account name, and it shows it as "Expired" and Plan "Unassigned".
I submitted a ticket two days ago, and have heard NOTHING! I am dead in the water with no help.
Can anyone help, as as it seems BlueBeam support isn't doing anything???
