To expand the functionality of Bluebeam for inspection, attaching image(s) to a markup with the mobile app will be beneficial to the users. For example, when the workers do a site walk-through and discover a defect/ misinstallation, they can immediately create a markup and attach an image to the markup for easy follow-up.…
It will be great to add Edit Action for the markup in Bluebeam Cloud and Studio Session. This function can be beneficial for both inspection and facility management. For example, during inspection, when the worker discovers any abnormalities, they can fill in a form and attach the form as a link to the markup using their…
I cannot access Bluebeam cloud on the iPad through any browser (tried edge and chrome). Can only use the app. I created a session and placed my PDF site plan in it. I also then placed all the all the mark-ups I had in my tool set that I want to use in the PDF. I was hoping to be able to copy, past, and edit them where I…
As more and more Chinese speakers are using Bluebeam, it would be great to include Chinese in the user interface and documentation. Software localization can enhance the usability and user experience of the product, hence, a broader market reach. I'm looking forward to seeing Bluebeam's growth.

I have a PDF form created by a third-party. Every time I try adding my digital signature, the form turns black and illegible. Has anyone run in this? Any thoughts? I tried refilling the form and resigning, but it just happened a second time.
Recently updated to Revu 21, upon opening pdf documents, both manuals & drawings, tools on tool bar screen right are indicted "disabled". I opened Tools tab at page top and checked all tools, doesn't help. Any ideas ???
Is there a tool which can apply a template to an existing PDF document? I can do it with the overlay tool, but its not efficient. I am currently specifically attempting to apply a letterhead to a PDF document without having to using snapshot, etc.
Long post for context: Yesterday I was trying to compare a revised architectural to realize that the floor plan has shifted in both the X and Y, so this morning I did a page snapshot. What I would like to know is, is there a way to snap to a point on the snapshot and move it to a point on the drawing?
Since upgrading to 21.6.1, it seems I have to rearrange order of the tabs on each BB OPEN. I commonly start with about half a dozen tabs open for a couple of most active projects. I like to have them in order of Project 1 Specs, Project 1 CA Set, Project 1 Revisions, Project 2 Specs, Project 2 CA Set, Project 2 Revisions.…
I'm trying to load a document with fillable form fields into a Bluebeam Studio session so that when attendees join the session, they can complete their portions of the form. However, when I add the document to the Studio session, all the form fields lock and cannot be filled. How can I make the fields fillable?
I found this support article, but I don't see the options shown in the screenshot to send to Cloud. At the bottom of the tool set menu I only see Manage Tool Sets, there's no Send Tool Sets to Bluebeam Cloud.

I have added our org SharePoint to Bluebeam Cloud (website) and I can see folders as I would expect. When I add my org OneDrive account to Bluebeam Cloud I see OneDrive and PersonalCacheLibrary folders show, if I click on OneDrive, it says "Something went wrong. Please try again." Never works, and I opened a ticket and…
