Bluebeam mobile for in-field punchlist?

I am interested in understanding how my team can utilize BBM in the field to perform construction punchlist with notes and pictures and how this data can turn into report. Ideally we would like to have a toolkit available. What is the timeline for this functionality?

Hey @MMiner, today you can run a punch workflow by placing Image markups directly on the drawing and assigning a Status. When the file is opened in Revu, that data carries through and can be exported using a Markups Summary report.

What most teams expect from a true punch workflow depends on two additional pieces:

Capture photo and attach to markup (so the drawing stays clean).
Target: 2H this year.
Custom Tool Sets on mobile (so your field team uses your company standards, not generic markups).
Target: late 1H this year.

We know punch can go deeper than this, but these are items we’ve committed to this year. We have high confidence this meaningfully improves the field punch workflow. If you’re open to it, I’d like to understand how your team structures punch reports today.

I am part of a new team that did not have a unified approach to punch lists and I have been asked to develop a process. I am working on campus project with 1M sf which is scheduled to go live mid 2031 (so I have time for development!). Happy to discuss further about features I hope to utilize
