My name is Shawn Dawson, and I’m the Product Manager for Bluebeam’s mobile teams.
We’re kicking off a new design research phase this spring, focused on making sure we’re building something that actually works for teams in the field.
đź‘· Who This Is For
We’re looking for end users on iPad, iPhone, or Android who:
- đź“‚ Open and work in drawings away from their desk
- 🔍 Need to navigate real project files, not just view them
- ✏️ Create and manage markups
- đź“‹ Rely on markup lists/data to track work
If your workflow depends on interacting with markups and understanding what’s happening in the drawing, you’re exactly who we want to talk to.
🎯 What You’ll Get
If you participate, we’ll share:
- 🧪 Early prototypes of what we’re working on
- 💬 A chance to tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what’s missing
- ⚖️ Input on what matters most now vs what can wait
This is part of how we shape what actually makes it into the product.
📝 How to Join
If this sounds like you (or someone on your team), fill out the quick survey below:

We’ll start reaching out over the next few days with next steps.
🚀 Why It Matters
A lot of what we’re working on right now is about making sure field users can actually get to their files, understand what’s going on, and take action without jumping through hoops.
If that’s your day-to-day, your input will go a long way.
We look forward to hearing from you!
