Allow status changes to checked out documents
What I'd love my workflow to be: I create a Project, upload my PDFs & miscellaneous documents, check out my PDF to a session. My engineer redlines the document in the session. I pick up the redlines & change the status of his markups to "Accepted" or whatever. Then he backchecks me & changes the status to "Completed" or…

Reuse or Save Page Label/Bookmark Page Region selections
My issue is a question/idea but is it currently possible to save/reuse selected Page Regions made when creating new Thumbnail Page Labels or in Bookmarks. We use the Page Labels/Bookmarks 'Page Region' feature to extract out drawing title block information, but I have to redo the same region selections for each new package…

A better way to create hyperlinks in droves!
I use a lot of hyperlinks. I can do some batch hyperlinks, some work, some dont. I generally lean towards creating my own. I dont like the way the batch hyperlinks look, OCD I know. But, people besides me see these drawings, I want them to look as professional as possible. This is how I currently run down a conduit…

Bookmarks to Table of Content Page
We actively use bookmarks in our calc packages to organize information and make reviews and client interactions more convenient. Currently, the export function only allows exporting as a separate file and provides links that follow the file path to the saved document. These links break when sent to someone on a different…

Guidance on using "Relative Paths"
I need some guidance on relative paths using Hyperlinks? If hyperlinks are to folders within Revu Studio, relative paths are irelevent? Correct. My team works from the same folder. But, if I where to store docs outside of BB in say onedrive, a relevant path would always point to that folder no matter where the hyperlink…

Align Snapshots of Drawings to Stich Multiple Drawings Into One Large Drawing
With some of my engineering drawings, they are broken up across multiple sheets because of the size of the installation. The sheets attributes when they are created in CAD to help you understand how they piece back together. Some of those attributes are column and/or row grids on the prints with some overlap between the…

Sort Pages by Page Label
My team and I would benefit greatly by sorting hundreds of sheets at a time by Page Label in the Thumbnails panel. Sorting orders may include Alphabetically A-Z, Z-A, or Custom (By Criteria). I created some mock-ups of what the prompt would look like:

Current Full Set (File > Combine)
When combining pdfs into a single document, it would be nice to have an option that selects the first page in each pdf all at once. This would be beneficial for creating Current Full Sets.

Open Document Tab Management
I regularly have 10+ tabs open and after 4-5 are open the tab bar becomes quite useless. I would love to see some form of tab management brought in. Some thoughts as follows Use the File Access Panel with "Open Documents" section added highlight currently active document manual drag to reorder listing tabs vertically with…

Ctrl+B Bookmark Shortcut Error
Since we've updated to Revu 21.9, we've noticed some PDFs prevent us from using the "Ctrl+B" keyboard shortcut to bookmark a page. However, if you save the document, even if no changes were made, it then allows you to use the keyboard shortcut to add a bookmark. Seems to be some sort of glitch related to the recent update.

Option to open documents as read-only
We've been having this issue, since forever, of someone opening a document to reference it for work they're doing but they're not the document owner (they didn't create it nor are they responsible for updating it), and it locks out the person updating/replacing the pdf preventing them from making changes or stamping it.…

Good morning everyone, I’m currently using a Microsoft Surface Laptop (7th Edition) with an ARM-based processor, and I’ve been experiencing several issues while using Bluebeam Revu. I wanted to see if anyone else has run into similar problems or found solutions. Here are the main issues I’m encountering: File Explorer…
