Hi Bluebeam Community,
With 2025 closed, I’d love to kick off a discussion about what enhancements you’re looking forward to most in 2026, and also reflect on what you’ve learned or discovered this year.
Looking ahead to 2026:
Which potential feature or improvement gets you most excited? For example:
- AI-powered workflows that help automate tasks, analyze markups, and streamline review cycles (such as what’s coming with Bluebeam Max).
- Stitching or automatic merging of multiple PDFs so you can navigate long linear infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, or utilities as a single continuous document.
- Better 2D–3D coordination, such as seeing Revu markups tied into Revit models or other model data in a seamless way.
- Enhanced Studio Project and Session features to bridge field-to-office collaboration in real time.
- Improvements to Task Link workflows for connecting markups with field tasks and progress tracking.
- Any other idea you’d love to see (performance, integrations like Procore/SharePoint, mobile capabilities, tool enhancements, etc.).
Retrospective: 2025 in review
Thinking back on this past year:
- What new tool, trick, or workflow in Bluebeam has helped you the most?
- What feature or aspect would you like to learn more about — e.g., Task Link, Studio Project best practices, advanced markups, integrations, AI features, or other capabilities?
- Are there any tips or workflows you’ve uncovered that could benefit others in the community?
Whether you’re a Revu power user, Studio Project collaborator, or exploring Bluebeam on web/mobile, we want to hear your experience and expectations. Let’s share ideas and help each other make the most of Bluebeam in 2026!
