Turn off Brown Help Box at top of screen when highlight feature is in use.
need a way to turn off this feature (brown help box) that lets you know the highlight is in use. toggling between different documents or screens, it moves every time you move documents. It is very distracting and moves your page.

Mark up a locked drawing
Several Municipalities are requesting the PDF's be Unlocked so they can mark-up and add their stamps. Much to Engineers sealed drawings, they do not want them unlocked.
