Turn off Brown Help Box at top of screen when highlight feature is in use.
need a way to turn off this feature (brown help box) that lets you know the highlight is in use. toggling between different documents or screens, it moves every time you move documents. It is very distracting and moves your page.

Ignored by technical support
I have been waiting 11 days for a resolution to a renewal issue. I was told by technical support that my renewal needs to be processed "manually" because of a back-end problem. It has been 11 days without any reply. I have filed multiple tickets. Is this the type of customer support we should expect from Bluebeam?
