Anybody come across this before?
TLDR stapler isn't referencing the current version of Word docs.(But only some…?)
I'm trying to Staple a project in to a Specifications and Contract documents file, and I'm going out of my damn tree.I started with 2 dozen word docs from me, some I created from scratch, others look like they were first drafted in Office2003
Some had Track Changes turned on, some had notes, some had highlights that needed removing… etc.
Anyway, I pull them all together, yes the paths are correct to the newest documents.I've changed things in all of them, gotten rid of all the tracked changes/notes/errors, but every time I hit Combine, I get a file that has every document I chose, in the correct order, but half of them have red strikethroughs, dates I edited 3 versions ago, etc.
Stapler is pointed to all my current docs, but is spitting out files made with data I've overwritten 3 Save's ago.
Has anybody seen this? Have any idea how to stop it?
