Hi everyone,
I’ve been working with Bluebeam Revu for different construction projects, and while it’s been a great tool overall, I still run into a few challenges that I’d like to improve on. For example, scaling drawings accurately can sometimes be tricky when dimensions aren’t clear, and managing markups across larger projects tends to get overwhelming.
One of the key areas I’m trying to refine is my workflow for material takeoff since it plays such a crucial role in ensuring budgets and estimates are on point. Having a reliable process here saves time and reduces costly errors later on.
I’d love to hear from others about how you handle:
- Exporting data cleanly to Excel for reporting
- Keeping annotations organized when multiple team members are involved
- Ensuring accuracy across different project phases
Any tips, stategies, or recommended practices would be really helpful.
