Is there a way to select all items on all pages after mark-up? I need to have all items appear, from all sheets in a single legend.
Common mark-ups will all tally together, but if there is a stray item on a single page, it gets left behind.
I don't think that's a thing really. Could you maybe place duplicate mark-ups on the sheet with the legend, but just outside the printing area so the markups aren't "on" the drawing but they're still captured? I'm spit-balling here and not totally sure that would even work at all.
Go to your markup bar and multi-select (can just hit "ctrl+a" to select all markups in the bar) right click, add to legend
For the source of the legend are you selecting "All Pages"?
ugh I hate the placement of this setting, it took me so long to find it in the properties panel
Yes, I am. If a mark-up does not appear on the current page, it gets missed from the legend
Tried that. "Legend" is not selectable from there.
Should show on right click, just out of curiosity, what version of revu are you on? Is it any specific type of markup that's not populating?
And the first attempt the legend was created from the toolchest the tool came from? are you modifying any properties of the tool? i.e. changing the subject? Here are some snapshots of how it should normally be applied, how you would select the source, and also how you would manually add things to an existing legend. If all this is broken and you are on the latest version, you may need to re-install, but I have a feeling there is a detail were missing here.
Revu 21
Legend is not selectable.
REVU 21
On the Bluebeam website, under "Resources" > "Need an older version of Revu?" there is only v20 and older. This needs new options, like v21.6. Currently the need for this is high, because v21.7 has a highly annoying "new feature" while drawing polylines, areas and contour and area measurement. Something goes visually wrong…
Since the update, my area measurements have been messing up when I try to add a curve control point while measuring. I hold ctrl + click and drag and it almost always reverts back to a straight line when I release and adds a point where my cursor was holding the curve. Also, the lines/area disappear completely if I move…
A mirror tool would be really helpful when sketching ideas.
I have added our org SharePoint to Bluebeam Cloud (website) and I can see folders as I would expect. When I add my org OneDrive account to Bluebeam Cloud I see OneDrive and PersonalCacheLibrary folders show, if I click on OneDrive, it says "Something went wrong. Please try again." Never works, and I opened a ticket and…
I found this support article, but I don't see the options shown in the screenshot to send to Cloud. At the bottom of the tool set menu I only see Manage Tool Sets, there's no Send Tool Sets to Bluebeam Cloud.
In our work, we frequently need to compare floor plan drawings. Often, we have to compare older drawings from archives with very new and detailed ones. The scales of these drawings often differ — sometimes from 1:100 to 1:200, but more commonly with small variations of 1–5% at a detailed level. Our current workflow is as…
Hi everyone, We’re currently using Intune-managed iPads for our Engineers, locked down as “Bluebeam iPads.” This setup works well for us, but with the recent announcement that Revu is being discontinued, we’re concerned about functionality moving forward. One of the key requirements for us is the ability to print PDFs on…
Introduce a return function in Bluebeam! For example; Let's say there are annotations on the floor plan that have hyperlinks that take you to that annotated elevation and from there you click another annotation marker on the elevations that takes you to that detail and if you want to go back, you either have to remember…
Reposting this from Peer Support to USBUG: Since upgrading to 21.6.1, it seems I have to rearrange order of the tabs on each BB OPEN. I commonly start with about half a dozen tabs open for a couple of most active projects. I like to have them in order of Project 1 Specs, Project 1 CA Set, Project 1 Revisions, Project 2…
