Since 3.6.26 patch, toolchests dont lock

Why can't the decimal point/comma key on the numeric keypad be used properly? In Europe, the decimal separator is a comma, and in virtually every software package the decimal key on the numeric keypad functions as a comma. It is frustrating that this does not work here.
