I am currently doing takeoffs for trenching and I cant find a tool that will help me in one step. Is there a tool that I dont know of?

Example a polyline tool with options to give it a depth a bottom width and top width for the sloped trenches. This tool would be a great help to calculate trench volumes.

Nothing comes to mind but what info are you looking for, the area of dirt removed? I think there are tricks to work around things like this. Something like the volume of one linear foot times the length of the line. Make a different tool set for each trench type.

Is the slope of a trench wall the same for every depth or does it change based on depth or soil type?

what I do is figure out the area of the trench and multiply by the length to get my volumes, but if I can achieve this in one go with a trenching tool, it would make things easier and less chance of errors.

Changing Multiple Text Box Shapes

I need to copy-paste formatted text boxes, and then edit it similar to this one: Is there a way to do it in Revu? I can only snapshot the text box (but can't edit afterwards). If I copy-paste, it keeps the text, but not the format, and I still can't edit. Any idea/trick?
