Yes, there is a translate markups function built into the Markups list. Highlight what you want translated, go to the Documents menu and select Translate Markups.
The text will change in the Markups list and will show that text in a bubble when you hover over the highlighted text.

it will only do the text. Google Translate is only so good.

I marked up a cloud in Revu and added three comments to the markup. On the web version, I can see all three comments. However, on the iPad, only two are displayed, and the first comment is not visible. Does anybody know how to display the first comment on the iPad?
