Escape Ampersand (&) Character in Text Fields and Page Labels
The ampersand character being the default menu access character is not being properly escaped in some areas of the app. Whenever an ampersand is used in a Label field or in a Page Label, it is converted into an underscore (_) elsewhere as if it's being interpreted as a menu access character. For example, if I enter "This &…

(Custom) shortcut for checkmarks
I really fancy using checkmarks while working as an easy way to cross off my progress while incorporating comments from my colleageus and it's rather cumbersome having to right click and navigate to the checkmark every time. I'd love a shortcut, and even more so the ability to customize my own shortcut for this.

batch session ownership transfer
I have a colleague who is leaving the company who has created many Studio Sessions. As things stand now, I will need to transfer each of these sessions manually in Prime which will take many hours. I asked technical support about this and they confirmed there is no better way. This would not be a big deal if Sessions…

Add the Ability to Revise Username in Current Session
Currently bluebeam sessions are not able to revise a user id/name from the one when a user joins a session initially. Please add the ability to update the username. I would envision this as on the Studio pallet, under joined, Online (X), I see my name and would have the ability to right click and change the user id.

Allow for Session Types - Restrictive or Non-restrictive Environments
Bluebeam Sessions are currently set up to restrict others from modifying comments; I totally understand this approach in a QC or comment environment - I wouldn't want to find my comments deleted in that type of environment. However we have some Bluebeam sessions that are collaborative like performing quantity takeoffs, for…

When signing up for Bluebeam community, you have mandatory inputs with fixed answers. None of them applied in my case, but there was no 'other' option.

Inherited Authorship When Copying Comments to a Session PDF
Our workflow in our office often has us copying comments from one PDF into another PDF in a session. However, we lose all authorship information of the comments with the person copying over the comments inheriting the comments. Is there any way to maintain the author of the comments when copying those into a session?

Reply to Comment Pop Out
Is there any way you can make the reply to a comment on a PDF "pop out" when you hover over it rather than have to search for it in the markups list?
