Flatten w/o markup recovery has a bug (or bad feature choice...)
I have tested this Flatten mis-behavior multiple times after stumbling on it recently: Individually Flatten one or more markups (select, right-click, Flatten; see below) Then use Document|Flatten… to flatten all (other) markups, leaving Allow Markup Recovery unchecked. (This would presumably mean that all markups are now…

Provide option to open PDFs 'read only'
When you try to open a PDF that is already opened by another user, Revu offers the option to open the PDF 'read only'. Unfortunately, this is not a typically available option. When opening a PDF via the file-open dialogue, there should always be an option (via drop-arrow) to open the file read-only. See screen-grab below…

Math Box
I am a structural engineer and we use Bluebeam a lot to mark up our structural drawings, shop drawings, etc. I also like to use Bluebeam where I can when putting together calculations by taking a snapshot of a detail and adding some typed out calculations right there on the PDF next to the detail. It would be nice if there…

Alternative drive installations
I have limited space on my "c" drive, company supplied laptop. It would be helpful if it was possible to install on an alternative drive. Thanks, Greg Asbury

Revu Additional Right Click Options: Select Similar
Revu Additional Right Click Options: Select Similar Select Similar = all of the exact same markup type including formatting Menu: Select Similar > >All on sheet >All in document It would be very helpful to be able to select markups using the above right click menus.

Fix Automark bug that reads from bottom up
I've noticed this issue for a while, but was hoping it would get fixed at some point… I'm not sure why, but some times when I use Automark the program reads the bottom line first, then moves up instead of starting from the top and reading down. The workaround is to assign separate regions per line in the title block, but…

Report: Bluebeam assigned date
Thank you in advance for the consideration. We allocate our licenses to approximately 80 to 100 users. We need a report that shows the Bluebeam assigned date. Since we unassign and reassign to alternate users this is essential in proper allocations.

Change Bluebeam Revu Profile after Session Setup
Can you guys please add an update to Bluebeam Revu where you are able to change the Active Profile after setting up the Session? Even when you change to the correct profile after the session is set up, the statuses remain per whichever profile was active at the time of session set up. There have been a countless number of…

Import Bookmarks
There's currently an option to export bookmarks from a PDF file. But it would be helpful to have the ability to import bookmarks too. This would be helpful when reviewing an overlay of 2 or more files because the bookmarks are not saved in the newly created overlay file. It would create consistency when reviewing and…

Printing 2-sided option
I would like to see if it is possible to put a box to check in the Print Window to allow for 2-sided printing. I use BB as my Primary PDF doc viewer and I always have to take extra steps to go into my printer settings in the Print Window to mark "2-sided" printing. Just looking to make this a little easier as most of my…

Locking Custom Icons for Sharing
Currently when a user sets up custom icons, including setting them to scale, then shares that file with another user (who accesses this from a separate desktop), the icons don't hold their original size and/or scale. This then requires the alternate user to have to manually re-set every icon as they uses them. Is there a…

Linking forms to punch list items
We do a lot of field surveying of existing conditions and, of course, punch listing of projects being built. At a previous job we used PlanGrid. At my current company we use Bluebeam and I'm in the process of evaluating the use of Bluebeam in the field. Two capabilities that PlanGrid has that are missing from Bluebeam:…

Windows snip / screen capture directly as Bluebeam PDF feature request
A feature that would be very useful would be the ability to use the Windows Snip tool (or a Bluebeam snip tool) on an AutoCAD drawing, PPT, Excel or any document just like Windows Snip can, but then the snip would automatically make a Bluebeam pdf that I could use the Bluebeam editing / markup tools on. Yes I know you can…
