It would be helpful to be able to have a "NOTE" section on the projects in the BlueBeam Studio Panel. As the person in the shop who adds most of the files, I would add my notes right to the Project tab for the estimators working on the projects like due date, bid to, assigned to an estimator, etc. Also, if I would color coat the names in the Studio Projects tab so that the estimators could tell if a project was assigned, In process, waiting, on hold, finished, etc.
