The Search tool includes a progress indicator that sort of blends in. OK, since I already know about it. For a new UI/UX, the small (body font) percent complete, especially for "Current Document" searches in large documents can lead to repetitive clicking until that progress indicator is spotted.
It would be trick if there was a contrasting color progress bar animated accross this link of text OR if the progress indicator itself was a pop-in text box near the top of the search panel. Perhaps, if neither of these, at least the font settings could be more visible with a bigger, bolder, higher contrast size.
