When scrolling through the Tool Chest or Thumbnails side bars, Could there be a setting to adjust how many line items move by in a single mouse wheel notch? One nudge right now moves past so many items that you lose your bearings. Easy to miss a page or tool set by flying by it. Would be nice to have more control over speed/rate of scrolling.
Windows currently has an option for it (and mine is turned significantly down), but this does not affect performance in BB.
