Offset button in measurement
Is it possible to create an offset button (function similar in autocad) to be able to place lines at a distance from a point, for example? For example: When calculating earthworks for a building, we calculate the soil 5m further than the outer perimeter of the building. Now I manually draw lines at 5m distance from each…

Scale and Rotate by Reference
When I bring in a screenshot, it is not to scale, and I need to rotate it and resize to try match the pdf content. For example, sometimes I want to take an aerial screenshot and overlay it over my pdf plans. To make sure it aligns I need to scale it correctly, and rotate it correctly. It would be very handy if I could…

Align polylength Caption first segment
Currently you can only align a polylength caption to the end segment as is default. The option to align the caption to the first/starting segment would be great in many applications such as measuring distances to a fire exit.

Remove measurement captions
There is currently no option available to remove captions when using the measurement tool. For example, 210.00 mm will always have the "mm" reflected. It is useful to able to remove this for technical drawing markups especially, as the unit is either obvious or can be stated once only in a text box

How to create offset lines
Revu doesn't have an offset feature that really works but you can use custom line styles to create a guide line to work to - not only does this work for straight lines but also basically any shape that you need to work to.

Tool Chest Search/Filter
I think, especially for those who have robust Tool Chests saved, it would be very beneficial to have a search bar at the bottom or top to filter down the tools. We are a steel company with lots of W, HSS, C, L etc. measurements saved. Being able to search W12, for example, and see all the relevant members come up to…

Sequential Labels on an area measurement?
I am doing window and door takeoffs, basically placing a bunch of rectangular area measurements and then manually labeling each one, "W101, W102, W 103" I can't understand why there is no way to make this automatic. I have played around with the custom formula columns but I havent been able to make anything work so far.…
