📢 Introducing the Bluebeam Champions Program! 🏆️
The Community Team is thrilled to launch the Bluebeam Champions Program, our new way to recognize and support Bluebeam’s most passionate users who strengthen our community every day. If you’ve heard of BUG Champions (our Bluebeam User Group leaders), this new program will feel familiar. We’re taking things a step further…

Implement GCC / GCC High SSO Support
We have a construction vertical working in the government contracting space and are subject to CMMC requirements for some of our projects. As such, we will be moving to a GCC / GCCH Microsoft environment and need to implement SSO / SAML there. After speaking to technical support, we were informed that this is not currently…

Product improvement ideas
At #UNBOUND25 multiple speakers mentioned how important user input was to the development team for adding new features. Users can suggest product improvements on the "Product Feedback" section of the Bluebeam Community webpage. If you see a feature suggested that someone has already posted that would help you with your…

Button to Delete a Post
I initially made this post as a test to see if my other feature suggestions were made correctly (they were not!). Interestingly, I cannot seem to delete this post, so I will change it into a suggestion to add that feature.

Copy-Paste Issues
What's up ya'll?! Does anyone else have a recurring copy/paste issue where you are not allowed to copy a markup and paste onto a different sheet within the same file? This has only recently appeared. The issue is resolved when I restart my computer but simply restarting bluebeam does not solve the issue. I am on the latest…

Automation agents
I've searched and haven't found any information on integrating 'AI agents' with BB. Agents such as n8n or MS Power Automate. There would be many uses, but specifically I want to investigate (implement) a check gate at the signature/signing stage. i.e. the document may be signed only if other steps have taken place. Those…

Multiply Markup Adjustment
Plan sets are often set to 45 or 90 degrees. Only having the option to multiply up, down, left and right limits us in terms of 45 degree plans. Honestly, what would it take to code in those additional fields? 45 minutes after a lunch break?

Support for Multi-Org Admin & Collaboration Roles
We are an organization that encompasses multiple accounts (orgs) within your platform that operate under a centralized structure. Within our division, IT and Finance operate centrally and are responsible for managing and supporting individual "orgs" within our division. We find it limiting that a user (such as an Org Admin…

Forms - Dropdown - Adding multiline options
Not sure if its possible yet but I haven't figured it out. When using lists or dropdown forms on PDF's to create for example a full list of addresses on a drawing template, you can only add a single line to each option. The ability to add multiple lines to a option would save so much hassle.

Streamline Snapshots
This very well may already be a feature and please let me know if there is a faster process to what I am doing. When I receive a construction package, I insert a 200 in. x 200 in. blank page (that's the largest size). I take snapshots of all the drawings and use the match lines on each drawing to ultimately make one large…

Bluebeam Cloud
Hey all, I understand the new Bluebeam Cloud app on iPadOS is being constantly improved, but is there going to be a way to open a marked up pdf from third parties like Microsoft One Drive? Are you guys looking into giving users the ability to turn on/off layers? I do layouts for the electrical installations on my projects…

Why are you excited to go to Unbound?
Hey Bluebeam Community! I’m Jeff Sample, new to the Bluebeam team but not the industry! Unbound 2025 will be my first big event with this crew and I want to make it count.
