need a way to turn off this feature (brown help box) that lets you know the highlight is in use. toggling between different documents or screens, it moves every time you move documents. It is very distracting and moves your page.
I think the banner you mention is related to the status bar. You can try to press F8 or go to Tools > Toolbars > Status Bar and see if that toggles it off.
Tried that - it toggles off the other status bar that has "helpful" tips, but the brown one at the top is new to the last 2ish versions.

Hi Emilee! Can you let me know which version you are running? (you can check this by going to Revu→about)
also are you in the beta program?
21.6 - i actually backdated mine to version 21.3 to get rid of it. but my coworker is using 21.6 and its showing up.
and i dont know if i am in beta program
Thanks for sharing! We did a little bit of testing and were able to recreate.
This could be a bug that we will flag to product. I wanted to flag a few alternatives for you-
Also- the brown box isn't saying that the highlight is in use. The only way I was able to recreate is by selecting - tools→hyperlink - it still let me create the hyperlinks without any highlight. so for now- disregard the brown box (because it doesn't seem to actually serve a purpose) which is why I think it's a bug!
