When this happens, I can't move a directory with that file. This reddit post solved it for me. You just need to disable the recent file list in Revu. But I would like to use the recent file list feature someday, now that I have to turn it off. Please fix this Bluebeam. Thanks.

I thought this was a Windows issue where the file remains "open" because of the preview pane in the file explorer.
Hmmm. The reddit solution worked for me. I'll try turning recent files back on for a while and see what happens.

Try turning off file explorer previews and see if the problem persists.
Never had the previews on, this is almost for sure the "Recent Files" feature
