No matter what your workspace looks like, we all have our morning (or all-day) must-haves to ensure we have a productive day's work.
☕️ Is it three cups of coffee? A picture of your family or friends?

A stable Bluebeam Studio server connection… coffee and music. In that order.
@Josh Gebelein 💯
Four shots of espresso. ☕️
Support, laughter, good coffee Fortunately, I have a great team, so we all get that on a daily basis
Good internet connection, decent coffee, and laughter @Doug McLean you nailed it with that one! Good music and snacks make it even better.
yeah, the Internet connection is kind of important now a days
Ha, just noticed the detail in your image. I subconsciously knew something was off, but didn't look long enough to figure out why.
A good cup of coffee whilst spending ten minutes looking out across the valley is a great way to start the day - even when it's raining! Snow makes things look even better. No need to worry about the internet connection since I got Starlink - before that I had a download speed of about 3mb and upload of 0.15mb!!!!
And, as I work on my own most of the time the radio is always a good option!
When this happens, I can't move a directory with that file. This reddit post solved it for me. You just need to disable the recent file list in Revu. But I would like to use the recent file list feature someday, now that I have to turn it off. Please fix this Bluebeam. Thanks.…
I think it would be useful to have a tool to mark several/all pages in a PDF with a watermark. In my specific case, I'm trying to note that a specification in a project manual still needs updates, but to do so in a manner that looks polished and professional. If a tool like this already exists, it would be useful if it…
Our IT department has been slowly upgrading our users to Windows 11. A few of our users have been experiencing really bad lag with creating, moving, modifying markups. This happens both in Session and with locally saved files. It seems to only be happening to our users with virtual/cloud computers. Specifically, we use…
Hi All, I accidentally added a layer at the end of the long list of existing layers. Has anyone found a way to reorder the layer list? I would also like to hide one of the layers I created by default and open it only when I need it. Is this possible? Thank you ahead, Ian
Effectively a transmittal listing the names of the sheets printed in a given PDF print operation. Automatically generated, probably toggled on & off with an additional checkbox option in the print dialog.
I'd like to see a tool where you can magnify part of document/drawing/detail/etc via callout or simple shape on a drawing. See video below for SolidWorks and Apple Photos examples. Option 1 How to add Magnifying Glass or Details view in SolidWorks Drawings Option 2 iPhone 14/14 Pro Max: How to Zoom In or Magnify Part Of A…
Everytime i start a new pdf the first thing I have to do i change it to Fit to Page so I can see the whole pdf.
Revu is powerful, but lacks the ability to configure/save Workspaces for specific tasks. As example: Markups The native dock location (bottom) for Markups is not very user friendly. Yes, I can drag it out and position on the side, so I can still see our 24x36 (ARCH D) engineering plan sheets, but it has several issues.…
Hello, Is it possible to have Bluebeam Studio automatically sync all studio files to a local server in lieu of Bluebeam's cloud servers? My office is exploring the idea of getting all of my project observers an iPad with cellular data so that they can have Bluebeam Studio (or rather Bluebeam Cloud) at all times. Should…
