"Go To Page" Shortcut
Is there a way to initiate a dialogue box to navigate pages? The reason I ask is using Adobe I have a macro assigned to ctrl+shift+n (dialogue box seen below) which opens a "Go To Page" window in Adobe. From there I can simply input the numbers on my num pad and off I go, no mouse movement needed. I have considered making…

My name is Shawn Dawson, and I’m the Product Manager for Bluebeam’s mobile teams. We’re kicking off a new design research phase this spring, focused on making sure we’re building something that actually works for teams in the field. 👷 Who This Is For We’re looking for end users on iPad, iPhone, or Android who: 📂 Open and…

Search Project / Sessions Job Names
As our Project List on Studio increases, so does the time it takes to find a project. Would be super handy to have a search at the top of the projects list, not for files inside the projects, just for the Project names. I am sure the same would be helpful with Sessions, although we don't use those as much on our end.

Ctrl+B Bookmark Shortcut Error
Since we've updated to Revu 21.9, we've noticed some PDFs prevent us from using the "Ctrl+B" keyboard shortcut to bookmark a page. However, if you save the document, even if no changes were made, it then allows you to use the keyboard shortcut to add a bookmark. Seems to be some sort of glitch related to the recent update.

Option to open pdfs in new instance of Revu by default
Can you please add an option to, by default, open pdfs as new instances of Revu instead of as tabs in a single instance? This would enable a more streamlined workflow that I've become familiar with from using other applications combined with MS Windows' built-in windows management system. Note: I'm aware of the article at…

escape key functionality change
I'm not sure how the Escape key became the "Enter" key for completing text entry, but I would love the ability to remap it to something more logical and "windows" standard so that I'm not continually loosing data entered in other applications (Excel) that I'm using along-side Bluebeam Revu.

Smart Bookmark Creation
Would be helpful if Auto Bookmarking could either search the page region and only apply bookmarks to the first page of duplicate marks, or as another option, only look for wildcards. Handy for Product Data or Specs.

What do you wish Revu had taught you when you first started using it?
Hey folks, I’m a Product Designer at Bluebeam, and I’m currently working on improving the Revu onboarding experience for new (and new-ish) Revu users. I'm really hoping to get some feedback from the community about your experience learning how to use Revu. Specifically, I'd really like to dive into the following questions:…

Multi-Window Navigation Bar Support
Users with multiple monitors often drag PDFs into separate windows to work with them simultaneously. While Bluebeam provides excellent multi-screen functionality, the Navigation Bar (page number display and next/previous page controls) only appears in the primary application window. It would be highly beneficial if each…

View Fit Height for long highway exhibits
I'm working with highway drawings, printing to PDF some long plots, 266" x 36" today. I would like to see a simple View > Fit Height for these really long PDFs. We have a View > Fit Width already, why not the super landscape equivalent? Cheers! Patricio

How to disable this Help Box?
How can I get this brown help suggestion box to stop popping up when I go to hyperlink? Every time I switch from document to document it lowers the page, and when I click to the next it moves the windows around just enough that I have to realign where I was hyperlinking to. Its very distracting and slows down work. I have…

Session Deeplinks for Mobile App
It would be great to have the mobile apps support deep linking for sessions. Ideally if I click on a link to a session on my mobile device with Bluebeam installed, then the app should open and navigate directly to the session I clicked. The current behavior seems to be that the app opens, but just to the Projects tab or…

Do the scroll bars narrow because of a Windows feature, or is it coded by Bluebeam?
The Microsoft trend is to have scroll bars become narrow or invisible when you're not hovered over them, but that removes valuable "place" info and makes it harder to click onto the bar to drag it, and the space freed up by the missing scroll bar isn't used for additional viewing real estate - it's just wasted space that…

Make Working Between Windows More Efficient
Often when I work, I need two independent screens up to reference a previously reviewed document or bring pages from one doc to another, and I am really handicapped not having two functional, i.e., fully tool laden windows to work with. This floating window off to the side with nothing but tabs at the top is virtually…

Alphabetically arrange pages by page label
A function that would allow combined pages within a document to be automatically re-arranged by a set criteria (i.e., alphabetically, by page number, by date, etc.) - this would help when drawings are not properly ordered or were combined out of order or even have duplicate pages out of order. Being able to select from a…
