️✴️ Feature Highlight: Customizing Toolbars
This week we’re highlighting how you can customize Toolbars to help match the way you work! Toolbars can be hidden, moved, customized, and locked in place. Customizing your workspace helps keep your most-used tools easily accessible and improves efficiency throughout your day. ⛏ With the Customize Toolbars dialog, you can:…

How to disable this Help Box?
How can I get this brown help suggestion box to stop popping up when I go to hyperlink? Every time I switch from document to document it lowers the page, and when I click to the next it moves the windows around just enough that I have to realign where I was hyperlinking to. Its very distracting and slows down work. I have…

What do you wish Revu had taught you when you first started using it?
Hey folks, I’m a Product Designer at Bluebeam, and I’m currently working on improving the Revu onboarding experience for new (and new-ish) Revu users. I'm really hoping to get some feedback from the community about your experience learning how to use Revu. Specifically, I'd really like to dive into the following questions:…

Stamp menu aiming
Stamp menu disappears unless the cursor follows the narrow path into the menu item directly to the left of the flyout trigger. Longtime Revu user, this never ceases to trip me up. Drives me nuts! Screen grab of an example case attached. The fastest, most intuitive cursor travel path (currently disallowed) to select a stamp…

Header and Footer to a Layer
It would be nice to have the Headers and Footers that I add flatten to a layer. This would make it a little easier to insert updates and add documents. but it would also allow me to shut off my information so that I can see the original document.

Bluebeam Web - Rotate Drawing
I'm struggling on rotating a drawing on BlueBeam Web. This is neccesary for if i'm trying to view a drawing on an iPad or even a Mac. Right now - joining a session on blue beam for web is functionally useless if i cant rotate a drawing someone scanned in with the wrong orientation.

Save and Restore Complete Workspace Layouts (Views, Splits, and Open Documents)
One feature I have always wished Revu had is the ability to save and restore an entire workspace layout exactly as it was when I closed the application. In my daily workflow, I often work with large drawing sets across multiple monitors. I use Revu's split view extensively, creating vertical and horizontal splits to look…

Option to open pdfs in new instance of Revu by default
Can you please add an option to, by default, open pdfs as new instances of Revu instead of as tabs in a single instance? This would enable a more streamlined workflow that I've become familiar with from using other applications combined with MS Windows' built-in windows management system. Note: I'm aware of the article at…

Scaling markups with page size changes
Would be very helpful to have an option to scale the markups when adjusting page size through page setup options. Normal markups would scale size and position, whereas things like sequences and counts would simply scale position.

Search Project / Sessions Job Names
As our Project List on Studio increases, so does the time it takes to find a project. Would be super handy to have a search at the top of the projects list, not for files inside the projects, just for the Project names. I am sure the same would be helpful with Sessions, although we don't use those as much on our end.

Panning Across PDFs Control
Hello - I am suggesting a feature that would help when navigating across multiple monitors (or multiple pdfs i guess) when you have pdfs either split and dragged off of the main bluebeam "home base", or just pdfs opened separately and some what on top of each other. Currently on windows 11 and bluebeam version 21.9, this…

Specification Bookmarks
Detect every CSI-format specification section in the active Bluebeam Revu PDF and create a hierarchical bookmark tree — bold division parents grouping the section bookmarks beneath them. Use whenever the user says "bookmark the specifications", "bookmark the spec sections", "create spec bookmarks", or any equivalent…

"Go To Page" Shortcut
Is there a way to initiate a dialogue box to navigate pages? The reason I ask is using Adobe I have a macro assigned to ctrl+shift+n (dialogue box seen below) which opens a "Go To Page" window in Adobe. From there I can simply input the numbers on my num pad and off I go, no mouse movement needed. I have considered making…

Ctrl+B Bookmark Shortcut Error
Since we've updated to Revu 21.9, we've noticed some PDFs prevent us from using the "Ctrl+B" keyboard shortcut to bookmark a page. However, if you save the document, even if no changes were made, it then allows you to use the keyboard shortcut to add a bookmark. Seems to be some sort of glitch related to the recent update.
