Wish List: Previous View Function per TAB/Document

When clicking the Previous View button …

… could it be set to select the previous view(s) on the current tab/document come up, rather than having it switch to the last tabs/documents viewed?

EXAMPLE: When I am working between different tabs, like a plan drawing and a code reference, I wish the drawing tab's Previous Views could be selected without that button jumping back to the separate tab with the code reference.
