Would be very helpful to have an option to scale the markups when adjusting page size through page setup options. Normal markups would scale size and position, whereas things like sequences and counts would simply scale position.
I have the same sort of issues @Isaac.Harned - not only with count and sequence tools but also with custom line styles. At present to get over this, I change the scale or the line width - a bit fiddly when you are continuously swapping between different scales on some projects.

I'd love to see this too. When the page size changes, having an option to automatically scale the markups would save a lot of cleanup work. Scaling the size and position of standard markups while only repositioning counts and sequences sounds like a smart approach and would make revisions much more efficient.
