Bluebeam Cloud-iPad Help

I just recently downloaded Bluebeam Cloud, which seems awesome since my company no longer supports PlanGrid.

Quick Question- We use studio sessions for mark ups and review however I noticed that while using Bluebeam cloud on my iPad there is no option for searching the sheets and the page titles do not show to help searches. When I hit the 3-dots in the upper right corner the Pages tab just has tiny little sheets chronologically numbered. However, as some of my projects are over 400 sheet counts it makes it a little hard to search for specific sheets, especially on an iPad out in the field.

Any ideas on how to navigate this issue?

Hi @Tom McGee, thanks for the feedback. You’re right, navigating large drawing sets on iPad is harder than it should be today. Searching sheets, viewing page titles, and larger thumbnails are all on our roadmap as part of a broader push to improve in-app and file-to-file navigation.

In the near term, we’re actively working on a few navigation and usability improvements that might help:

Filter and sort Project and Session lists locally, with offline-first behavior
View and navigate PDF bookmarks
Switch between recently viewed files inside the editor
Upload and delete files in Projects and Sessions (online only)
Join unrestricted Projects or Sessions by entering an ID

We also have Toolsets and Image Capture in progress later this year. After a long stretch of technical resets, we’re finally seeing real momentum with offline support, measurements, and forms, and navigation is a key focus area going forward.

Appreciate you calling this out. Feedback like this helps us prioritize the right fixes.

Different Pages, Different Scales
