How are the new 2026 accessibility requirements impacting your PDF workflows?
Hi everyone, In light of the new ADA Title II regulations, many state and local governments — and the vendors who work with them — need their digital documents to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by April 24, 2026 (or 2027 for smaller jurisdictions). This includes PDFs that end up on public websites or portals. I’m trying to…

Bluebeam cloud & Incompatible tool sets
Note: I did some digging and used Co-pilot to help me write this, This reflects my use experience for the last 7 years of using Bluebeam review on project where we have hundreds of workers that were using the Bluebeam REVU. I have run massive QAQC jobs and Troubleshooting jobs Using Bluebeam review. The toolbox is one of…

Callout Leader Settings - Allow Fixed Attachment Point Setting
Hi Bluebeam. I'm very happy that the program now allows leaders to be attached to more than one side of a callout. Now if the program would please stop automatically relocating my leader connection point every time I adjust a callout, that would be really great. It's very inefficient to have to reposition a leader line…

Add Detailed Date/Time Timestamps to Recent Files List
As a civil design professional, I rely heavily on my recent file history to assist with daily timecard entry. Most of my billable work requires a specific deliverable, and in my previous workflow with Adobe Acrobat, I could clearly see a granular list of work completed each day, organized by the exact date and time the…

Option to open documents as read-only
We've been having this issue, since forever, of someone opening a document to reference it for work they're doing but they're not the document owner (they didn't create it nor are they responsible for updating it), and it locks out the person updating/replacing the pdf preventing them from making changes or stamping it.…

Colored Document Tabs
It would be helpful if Revu would allow changing the color of the document tabs. I often work with several files open in engineering field, especially when reviewing markups. The tabs become so small that the document title would be hidden. I would like to do something like this: Set my initial marked-up documents in a red…

Live Snapshots
I am looking to add a feature that enables you to have a "viewport" similar to CAD from another separate file. I think this feature would enable people in the field to build PDFs that enable us to create a custom build file that has all the drawings stitched together and they will update as Project Managers/Engineers…

Spaces Replace Custom Column Value
I have a custom column set up that acts as a multiplier to take off multiple floors of a building at once. If I place the markups first, then apply the space, it sets the multiplier value to "0". The default value for the column is set to "1". Is there a way that I can keep the multiplier value the same? Thanks!

Did something change on December 16/17?
Did something change in Bluebeam on December 17th? Up through December 16th, the email subject line for all of my incoming Bluebeam invites were formatted with the project file numbers, name of municipality/project, and the submission type. Starting December 17th, the subject line for all of my Bluebeam invites say "You've…

S2S Polyline - Modify from Markups list or Properties
My usage for Bluebeam seems atypical from most users. Capitol works Civil Inspector, trying to use BlueBeam primarily for As-Built drawings, as well as daily tracking on my laptop. Currently trying to set up Sketch-to-Scale Polyline templates in specified layers/colours/sizes/units across multiple toolboxes. Once…
