How are the new 2026 accessibility requirements impacting your PDF workflows?
Hi everyone, In light of the new ADA Title II regulations, many state and local governments — and the vendors who work with them — need their digital documents to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by April 24, 2026 (or 2027 for smaller jurisdictions). This includes PDFs that end up on public websites or portals. I’m trying to…

Spaces Replace Custom Column Value
I have a custom column set up that acts as a multiplier to take off multiple floors of a building at once. If I place the markups first, then apply the space, it sets the multiplier value to "0". The default value for the column is set to "1". Is there a way that I can keep the multiplier value the same? Thanks!

Did something change on December 16/17?
Did something change in Bluebeam on December 17th? Up through December 16th, the email subject line for all of my incoming Bluebeam invites were formatted with the project file numbers, name of municipality/project, and the submission type. Starting December 17th, the subject line for all of my Bluebeam invites say "You've…

S2S Polyline - Modify from Markups list or Properties
My usage for Bluebeam seems atypical from most users. Capitol works Civil Inspector, trying to use BlueBeam primarily for As-Built drawings, as well as daily tracking on my laptop. Currently trying to set up Sketch-to-Scale Polyline templates in specified layers/colours/sizes/units across multiple toolboxes. Once…

Search Panel Progress Indicator
The Search tool includes a progress indicator that sort of blends in. OK, since I already know about it. For a new UI/UX, the small (body font) percent complete, especially for "Current Document" searches in large documents can lead to repetitive clicking until that progress indicator is spotted. It would be trick if there…

Colored Document Tabs
It would be helpful if Revu would allow changing the color of the document tabs. I often work with several files open in engineering field, especially when reviewing markups. The tabs become so small that the document title would be hidden. I would like to do something like this: Set my initial marked-up documents in a red…

Polyline S2S adjustable for tracking as-builts?
Hi, brand new user here. Just sat through several hours of tutorials, and I'm trying to determine how useful Bluebeam will be for tracking my daily as-builts on a road project. I'm one of the first inspectors using Bluebeam here. The problem I am having is using the Polyline Sketch-to-Scale. I cannot seem to edit a drawn…

Can the web-based version of Bluebeam work with Dropbox for a PC?
I run a Mac in my construction office. It is great, but the only point of friction is Bluebeam Revu. I have run Parallels with Windows, in the past, to keep Revu on my computer but (although it shouldn't) it inevitable slows the machine a little. I am currently using a sub-standard PDF viewer with limited construction…

Make BB print large PDF page sizes - at least within ISO 32000
We found out today that BlueBeam PDF software is lacking in the essentials of being a forefront PDF oriented software. It turns out that the BB printer cannot print the larger size PDF pages that is within ISO 32000, there is a limit in BB at 3276 mm in each direction. I suggest this is a bug, and not really a feature…

Open files Read-Only from Windows Explorer
Let's finally get an open Read-Only option from Windows Explorer and inside Revu. It's long overdue. This is all about courtesy in the workgroup, accessibility and availability. Windows Explorer implies it's not in the cloud and is available to a workgroup. Not needing simultaneous edits, just read-only! Thanks.

Feature Request: Allow Format Painter to apply Scale and Color Processing to Snapshots.
Currently, when I take a Snapshot of a detail, scale it, and change its color (i.e. Black to Red), I have to repeat that entire multi-step process for every other snapshot. I am suggesting that the Format Painter (Ctrl+Shift+C) be updated to include Scaling and Color Processing data so I can 'paint' the correct look and…
