Detached PDF Tabs Should Open as Full Windows

When detaching a PDF tab in Bluebeam, the new window does not include the full toolbar or markup tools. This makes side-by-side review difficult, especially on dual monitors. It would be very helpful if detached tabs could behave as full windows, similar to Adobe Acrobat. This would significantly improve workflow efficiency.

My most desired option would be to give the new view window on a separate monitor the ability to open it's own bookmarks and thumbnails panel, as well as it's own navigation bar.
