Recover Unsaved Changes Window

Hi,

I have a question regarding the "recover unsaved changes" window. In this window, there is a "recover" button but whatever I do, it always stay "unclickable". What is this button for? I have always been confused by this window because I thought I would have to select the files and click on "recover" but in fact, we have to click on "OK". Not a big deal but was just wondering.

Can I have 2 Sets open at once and have them switch back and forth with the tabs at the top?
I created separate sets for my Arch, Struc, Civil, etc. drawings. It helps to have 2-3 open at once. They will open as a tab a the top of the window but only 1 Set is available at a time in the Sets window.
